2022 ODUNA MEDICAL MISSION

Dear esteemed members of ODUNA, I am delighted to report to you that the 2022 ODUNA medical mission that took place from 01/17/2022 to 01/22/2022 was highly successful despite all the challenges.

We consulted about 2000 patients, carried out about 46 general surgeries, 25 cataract surgeries, over 500 ENT procedures, a few dozen tooth extraction, scores of scaling with polishing and we gave out few walkers, transport chairs, walking sticks, and over 700 eyeglasses. We gave out tens of thousands of doses of free medications to treat different medical conditions that include, hypertension, Diabetes, Chronic Arthritis, chronic pain, and several other conditions. By all accounts, this mission was very successful and the community was very appreciative.
